Ixtapa makes the best margaritas in the world! My husband and I come from Beaverton, Oregon and are mourning the fact that there is no Ixtapa here. The chips are flavorful! A rich corn flavor! The chips are large and hold the salsa well! We ordered the steak fajitas and the flavor on the meat was incredible! They must use some kind of secret spices that tantalize the tongue in the most agreeable manner! Definitely not ordinary! I asked for their hottest sauce and I was not disappointed! The guacamole is outstanding! The service is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is inviting! We have been here several times and we are always thrilled!
Well this is a very very busy place!!! So I'm here trying some Mexican food here in Hermiston. Seen how busy this place was and said what the hell. As you come in you can right off the get go that it is authentic to the bone. Very quickly your seated and the hostess is nice and polite. The server was on point getting me my chelada!!!! It is so dam good here chips and salsa are great and the seafood chimichanga was amazing. Come to this local favorite place. Quick and prompt.
